Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.343(a) (1982) (sexual contact with person under age 13 by person more than 36 months older), and intrafamilial sexual abuse in the second degree, section 609.3642, subd. 1(1) (sexual contact with child in family context).
