Piper Acceptance Corporation (PAC) appeals from an order entered in the district court1 for the Southern District of Iowa dismissing its complaint against one of the defendants, Las Vegas Piper (LVP) for lack of in personam jurisdiction. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
