ORDER

Ronald Bruce Rogers appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus brought under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Rogers contends he did not receive effective assistance of counsel when he pled guilty before the state court because at the time of his plea, his counsel was seeking employment with the prosecuting attorney's office. We affirm.
