OPINION

HARBISON, Justice.

In the first count of the indictments in these cases, appellants were charged with unlawfully and feloniously manufacturing marijuana, a Schedule VI controlled substance. In the second count they were indicted for possessing marijuana with intent to sell. Appellants were convicted and sentenced under both counts, the sentences, however, being made concurrent. In its opinion the Court of Criminal Appeals expressly held that convictions...
