Defendant appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Wayne County that quieted title in the plaintiffs to seven-twelfths interest in the oil, gas and other minerals underlying an 80-acre tract of land. The seven-twelfths interest in the oil, gas and other minerals had been the subject of a reservation in a deed of the surface of the 80 acres to the plaintiffs from defendant's predecessor...
