PER CURIAM.

Iowa Manufacturing Company (IMC) seeks a writ of mandamus from this Court compelling the district court1 to rescind its order of remand and accept jurisdiction of the case for trial on its merits. We decline to issue the writ and affirm the order of remand to the state court.
