Gloria Gene Spellman ("mother") went to St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma, to give birth to her first child on December 5, 1974. Child suffered an injury to his right eye. The opthalmalogist who examined the newborn infant noted a curvalinear bruise extending from above the right eyebrow down across the eyelid of the right eye, some discharge from the eye and a cloudy...
