PER CURIAM:

In this title VII1 action the Plaintiff, Beatriz Cajigas, alleges that the defendant, Banco de Ponce, discriminated against her on account of her sex. The district court dismissed the complaint on the ground that Mrs. Cajigas had not filed administrative charges of discrimination within the statutory limitation period.2
