This appeal is from the judgment in a garnishment proceeding by appellant, O'Dell Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Inc. attaching a debt asserted to be owed by respondent, Clayton Greens Nursing Center, Inc. to Branick Construction Co., the judgment debtor of O'Dell.
