David Reilly was convicted by a jury of stealing property worth in excess of $150, in violation of section 570.030, RSMo 1978. The Court of Appeals, Eastern District, affirmed, holding, among other things, that the trial court did not abuse its discretion when it admitted testimony in rebuttal of defendant's reputation evidence.
