Petitioner is a permanent teacher who was employed by respondent School District for 19 years, most recently as an elementary school librarian. In 1980, respondent dismissed him from his position for inefficiency, gross unfitness and immorality. The Fair Dismissal Appeals Board found the charge of inefficiency unfounded but upheld the dismissal based on gross unfitness and immorality. We affirmed. Ross v. Springfield School Dist. No. 19,
