The plaintiffs, Institutional Food Marketing Associates, Ltd. (FMA), and Food Service Systems, Inc. (FSS), appeal from the district court's1, 587 F.Supp. 1105, grant of the defendant's, Golden State Strawberries, Inc. (GSS), motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We affirm.
