Appellant Frank Barney appeals from the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying his claim that he is disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act as disability is defined in 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423 (1976).

The term "disability" is defined in Section 223 as:

(A) inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity...
