PAYNE, Justice.

We granted Naomi Aguilar's petition for writ of certiorari to review the opinion of the court of appeals remanding this case with instructions that another judge make the appropriate fee award.

In her workmen's compensation action, Aguilar was successful in collecting a judgment of $4,184.93 against the School District as compensation and medical expenses. The trial court awarded $13,280.65 as attorney's fees. In reversing...
