This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment. Appellant, Emmitt W. Harker, brought suit against appellee, Coastal Engineering, Inc., for damages growing out of a collision between a car owned and operated by appellant and a pickup truck owned by appellee and operated by one of its employees.
