Following trial to the court, judgment was entered in favor of plaintiffs, Walter R. Fountain, William G. Hoff, and Gregory C. Vernon, and against defendant, Francis A. Mojo, Jr., awarding plaintiffs $2,368.27 on their claim for breach of a real estate sales contract. Judgment was entered in favor of defendant and against plaintiffs on defendant's counterclaim for slander of title. Defendant was awarded $1,839 in compensatory damages on this claim...
