Milton Barclay sued W. Lawrence Campbell, M.D., for medical malpractice, alleging that the doctor negligently prescribed certain neuroleptic medications in connection with Barclay's psychiatric treatment, and that the doctor negligently failed to disclose to Barclay certain risks associated with the prescribed medications.
