Oviatt appeals from a judgment of the District Court of Grand Forks County dated February 17, 1984, which granted a decree of divorce to Daniel from the defendant-appellee Terry L. Oviatt. Daniel appeals from the portion of the judgment which ordered him to pay $300 a month for a period of 18 months, beginning September 1, 1983.
