This appeal concerns the utilization of appropriate statutory procedures for enforcing a final order of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission (Commission). We conclude that complainant Nancy Moore's attempt to enforce a favorable Commission order by filing an application for a hearing before the Commission, and the Commission's holding a hearing thereon, did not comply with statutory enforcement procedures.
