This is a sentencing appeal pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 244.11 (1982). Defendant pleaded guilty to six counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, one count for each of six children. The presumptive sentence for criminal sexual conduct in the first degree (a severity level VIII offense) by a person with defendant's criminal history score (zero) is an executed prison term of 43 (41-45) months.
