This is a civil action brought by plaintiffs Michael Cohen, a New York resident, and A.B.D. Sword, Inc. ("Sword"), a Delaware corporation, against defendant Richard D. Hathaway, a Massachusetts resident. The subject matter of this lawsuit is the sale of certain property, namely a vessel named "America," from plaintiffs to defendant.
