Plaintiff, Mrs. Bernice Young, wife of John W. Young, filed suit individually and on behalf of her three minor children on April 18, 1980, against Hercules, Inc., claiming entitlement to workers' compensation benefits for the period commencing with the death of her husband on November 16, 1979. On October 25, 1978, John Young had suffered a compound fracture of his left leg while working for his employer, Hercules, Inc. More than one year later...
