This is a mortgage foreclosure action. The trial court held plaintiff mortgagee, Capitol Federal Savings & Loan Association, Inc., was entitled to have its mortgage foreclosed and the subject property (commonly referred to as Glenwood Manor) sold with the proceeds therefrom applied to the debt, taxes and legal assessments.
