Appellant, Dean Lindsey, appeals from a six count conviction for mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341.1 Lindsey allegedly devised and carried out a scheme to defraud automobile dealers and consumers by exchanging Illinois vehicle titles containing the letters "S.V." (salvage vehicle) for Missouri titles which did not contain any notation that the vehicles had previously been salvaged. He then sold the vehicles...
