OPINION

DAUGHTREY, Judge.

The defendant, Anthony L. Flynn, was found guilty of three counts of sale of a controlled substance. The jury fined him $17,000, and the trial judge imposed enhanced sentences effectively totalling 20 years in the penitentiary. On appeal, Flynn argues (1) that both the seizure of certain evidence and his arrest were invalid on jurisdictional grounds; (2) that prejudicial testimony and a prejudicial photograph were improperly admitted...
