Movant appeals the denial of post-conviction relief in this Rule 27.26 proceeding. Movant was convicted by a jury of two counts of second degree murder. Section 559.020, RSMo 1969 (now § 565.004, RSMo 1978, repealed effective July 1, 1984 by Laws 1983, p. 923).1 These convictions were affirmed on direct appeal. State v. Love, 546 S.W.2d 441
