He attacks the Board's decision on four grounds: (1) that the revocation of his license without proof of fault or intent on his part violated his right to due process, (2) that three of the regulations on which the Board relied, 5N DCRR §§ 1.1, 2.1, and 12.1, are unconstitutionally...
