This is an appeal from an order granting a preliminary injunction.

Capraro signed an employment contract with Lanier which provided that "for a period of one year after termination of employment hereunder, ... Employee will not, directly or indirectly, ... demonstrate or sell in the Territory products or services that are competitive with the Products, ... provided further, that nothing contained herein...
