H.E. Sargent, Inc. ("Sargent") appeals from a judgment entered by the Superior Court, Penobscot County, confirming an arbitration award pursuant to 14 M.R.S.A. § 5937 (1980). The award was made by a panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association and was intended to resolve several claims arising out of the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in Millinocket, Maine.
