This case arises from a rule for change of custody brought by the non-custodial divorced parent. From a judgment ordering that custody be changed, the parent who has lost custody appeals.

Diane Waguespack LeGrand and Jacques LeGrand were divorced in 1973. Mrs. Le-Grand was awarded custody of the couple's three children, Jacques LeGrand, Jr., Christine LeGrand, and Nicole LeGrand, with visiting rights to Mr. LeGrand. In September, 1978 and again...
