This appeal stems from a judgment entered in one of several lawsuits that resulted from the collapse of the financial empire of Gerald L. Conrad. Plaintiff Peoples Bank and Trust Company was awarded judgment on a theory of conversion against defendants William E. Murray and S.C.S.
