Defendants appealed a judgment awarding plaintiff damages for breach of contract.

For the reasons hereinafter set forth, we reverse.

Plaintiff is a Louisiana corporation which owns two radio stations in Shreveport. While constructing a new building to house the radio stations, plaintiff accepted a bid from the partnership of Summergrove Floor Covering to install carpet in said building for the price of $18,000.
