This workers' compensation suit was instituted by United Pacific Insurance Company, respondent, to set aside an adverse Industrial Accident Board award. Robert Dennis Turnbough, petitioner, was awarded compensation for total and permanent incapacity and medical expenses. The trial court rendered judgment for Turnbough based on a jury verdict.
