The parties to the appeal are Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association (Citizens) and Loeb Rhoades, Hornblower & Company (Loeb Rhoades), a securities company. Although not involved in the appeal, Mr. Frederick Coke (Coke) was the president of Citizens and involved in the litigation below.
