This appeal stems from a municipality's revocation of a franchise granted the operator of a community antenna television (CATV) system.

In 1976, appellant Town of Narrows, by appropriate ordinance, granted a 10-year franchise to appellee Clear-View Cable TV, Inc., to operate a CATV system in the Town.
