On January 9, 1979, appellant, Timothy Drain, plead guilty to burglary and theft of property and received a three-year suspended sentence on conditions. One of the conditions was that appellant pay court costs of $43.00 and a fine of $500.00 payable $50.00 per month beginning February 10, 1979.
