On October 25, 1983, Steven J. Schaf, appellee, was arraigned in the county court for York County on the charge of driving while under the influence of alcoholic liquor. See Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-669.07 (Cum.Supp.1982). With his attorney, Schaf appeared for arraignment and entered a guilty plea to the charge.
