This is an appeal by Leroy H. Lemmon from a judgment and sentence in the Tenth Judicial District Court, Fergus County. On March 1, 1983, an information was filed alleging two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated kidnapping and one count of solicitation. One charge of aggravated assault and one charge of kidnapping were dropped. On February 23, 1984, after a two day jury trial, Lemmon was found guilty of the lesser-included misdemeanor...
