445 So.2d 698 (1984)

ROCKY POINT VILLAGE CORP., Appellant/Cross-Appellee, v. Margaret L. GORMAN, Appellee/Cross-Appellant.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

February 24, 1984.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Gary W. Nicholson of Carson & Guemmer, Tampa, for appellant/cross-appellee.

R. Wayne Miller and Debra L. Romanello of Moffitt, Hart & Miller, Tampa, for appellee/cross-appellant.

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED. We do not find an abuse of discretion in the trial court's order granting a new trial, see Castlewood International Corp. v. LaFleur, 322 So.2d 520 (Fla. 1975), or in the trial court's exclusion of evidence concerning prior accidents at other locations on the same premises, see Lawrence v. Florida East Coast Railway Co., 346 So.2d 1012 (Fla. 1977).
