This is a sentencing appeal. Appellant Pamela Horner was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.344 (1982) and sentenced to 18 months in prison. Execution was stayed and appellant was placed on probation for ten years. At the same time, appellant was sentenced to 50 months in prison for criminal sexual conduct in the first degree in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.342 (1982...
