MAYFIELD, Judge.

The appellant, Dwight Lomax, was found guilty by a jury of the sale of a controlled substance in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 82-2617 (Repl.1976), and was sentenced to ten years imprisonment. On appeal, he relies upon seven points for reversal. His attorney here was not the attorney at the trial.
