Defendant-Appellant Aaron Wagner was found guilty by The Honorable Webster L. Brewer in the Marion County Superior Court on October 31, 1983, of Criminal Deviate Conduct, a class B felony, and Rape, a class B felony. On November 7, 1983, Appellant was found to be an habitual offender.
