Respondents-defendants Theodore Geyer and Gloria Vlcek (defendants) appeal from the denial of their motion for a new trial or remittitur. Appellants-plaintiffs Mr. Archie and Mrs. Sophie Hawkinson (plaintiffs) appeal from the trial court's order striking their claim for punitive damages.
