The City of Fayetteville proposes to issue $25,000,000.00 in municipal bonds to finance improvements to its wastewater treatment plant and to retire some outstanding bonds which it had previously issued. The city intends to repay the bonds with the proceeds of a one percent local sales and use tax and from revenue collected from the wastewater system.
