These consolidated actions were brought by Melvin Boroos and Allen and Joyce Boroos against Roseau Agency, Inc., State Farm Mutual Insurance Company (State Farm), Milbank Mutual Insurance Company (Milbank), and The Home Insurance Company (The Home) in April 1982.
