Plaintiff Industrial Mutual Association, Incorporated, (I.M.A.) brought this action under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, to vacate an arbitration award. The district court entered a judgment upholding the award and I.M.A. appeals.
