Joanne Meany appeals from summary judgment dismissing Cardinal IG Co. from a personal injury action. Cardinal had provided alcohol to its employees at a Christmas party. One of the employees, Preston Cortright, became intoxicated and was later involved in an accident with the car in which Meany was a passenger. Cortright was killed in the accident.
