Robin M. Hess, defendant, is charged with second-degree assault on a police officer.1 He filed a motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, to suppress evidence, statements, and observations of police officers, claiming that "there was no basis for the stop of the Defendant, no probable cause for such conduct by the police and was [sic] in violation of C.R.S. § 25-1-310."...
