The Home Indemnity Company and Oil Country Tubular Consultants, Inc. (OCTC), defendants, have appealed from a judgment awarding worker's compensation benefits to plaintiff, Terrell A. Deleon. The defendants contend Deleon's injury was caused by his willful intention to injure another employee and therefore he is not entitled to benefits.
