TATE, Circuit Judge:

The defendant Harris was convicted, after a jury trial, of five counts relating to conspiracy and uttering and dealing in counterfeit obligations in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 472, 473, 2, 3, and 4.1 He received concurrent sentences on Counts I through IV, and the imposition of sentence of imprisonment on Count V was suspended.
